Pavlova (Liz Baffoe)

The perfect pavlova (liz baffoe) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Protein
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 3 tsp Corn starch
  • 500 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 piece Kiwi fruit
  1. For the pavlova, first preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Beat the egg whites on the highest level of the mixer until stiff, add water and continue beating. Add the sugar in portions while beating. Then beat more slowly and stir in the vinegar, vanilla essence and starch one after the other.
  2. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper (in flat form) and bake in the oven at 150 ° C for 45 minutes. Then let it cool completely in the oven. Do not open the door, otherwise the Pavlova will collapse !!!
  3. In the meantime, whip the cream with the sugar until stiff, after cooling, spread on the pavlova. Finally garnish with kiwi slices.
