Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g peas from the can, drained
  • 2 tsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 drops of chili oil (Elephant chili oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegan and delicious

Mash the drained peas into a fine puree. Finely dice the onion and add it to the oats and seasonings. Knead everything into a fine dough. Divide the mixture and form two burgers. Fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden brown. Before serving, garnish each burger with 2-3 drops of chili oil.
