Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g diced ham (gourmet ham cubes)
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 200 g peas (shelled peas)
  • 1 carnation(s)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 liter vegetable stock (cubes)
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables (carrot, celery, leek)
  • 2 potatoes (floury)
  • Salt
  • Ginger powder
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with gourmet ham cubes – simply delicious

Lightly fry the gourmet ham in rapeseed oil. Add the liquid, split peas, cloves, and bay leaf, and simmer gently for about 1 1/4 hours. Then dice the soup vegetables and potatoes, add them to the peas, and simmer for another 30 minutes. Finally, season to taste with a little ginger, pepper, and salt.
