Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 10 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 kg minced meat
- 8 onions
- 2 cans of tomatoes (800g)
- 2 cans of corn
- 2 cans of beans (chili beans)
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 4 chilies, dried
- cumin
- Salt
- pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 liter meat broth
Instructions

Party pot
Heat the olive oil, fry the chilies for 2-3 minutes, then remove. Add the minced meat to the oil and fry for about 5 minutes, then add the sliced onions and bell peppers and fry for another 5 minutes. Season generously with salt, pepper, and cumin. Add all the cans, draining the corn and kidney beans first. Press in the garlic and add more stock if needed. Simmer for a quarter of an hour. Season again with cayenne pepper and the other spices. Tip: If you want it spicier, add a little more sambal oelek or Tabasco. The stew can be easily varied with other vegetables. The cumin is essential in this recipe; it adds a special flavor.
