Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 can peach(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Beat butter, 100g sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add 1 egg and 3 egg yolks. Add flour, baking powder, and milk. Pour the batter into a 26cm springform pan and spread the well-drained can of peaches on top. Bake at 175°C for approximately 30-35 minutes. Beat 3 egg whites with the remaining 75g sugar until stiff and pour onto the hot cake. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. 225 kcal per serving (12 slices).
