Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 peach(s), optionally apricot, nectarine or banana, fresh or from the can
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 150 ml orange juice
- 100 ml mineral water, carbonated or still
- 1 tsp glucose, if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the peach and kiwi into small pieces and puree with a hand blender until smooth. Then add the orange juice and water. The fruit mix tastes best when chilled beforehand and/or served with ice cubes. The fruit has a medium fructose content. People with fructose intolerance may want to add 1 teaspoon of glucose. The amount can be tested/adjusted according to tolerance. Shake/stir again.
