Peach-Rose Buttermilkshake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tbsp buttermilk
  • 200 ml yogurt (peach yogurt)
  • 200 g peach(s), cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients until smooth and foamy. This makes enough for 4 glasses of 2 dl each. TIP: Rose water for food use is available at drugstores/pharmacies.
