Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ peach(s)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 700 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

fruity water with a slight sweetness

Cut half a peach into thin slices. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and cut into small pieces. Don’t scrape out the seeds; the water will gradually dissolve them. Place the ingredients in a small carafe or glass drinking bottle. Pour the water over the ingredients and let it steep, preferably overnight. Tip: If you don’t want to wait that long for your water, first pour a splash of hot water over the ingredients. Then top up with the remaining water.
