Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml water, still
- 30 g peanut butter, pure
- 2 bananas
- possibly ice cubes

Simply add all ingredients to a smoothie maker/blender or blend with an immersion blender until smooth. It’s best to use cold water or add a few ice cubes to the blend. Tips: I always buy peanut butter from DM because it’s unsalted and made only with peanuts. If you ever buy those delicious smoothies in small glass bottles, just keep them and fill them yourself, for example, with this peanut-banana shake. Very practical for work, school, or university!
