Peanut Butter Cups
The perfect peanut butter cups recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 150 g Peanut butter
- 1 Vanilla pod, the pulp
- 20 g Powdered sugar
- 30 small Praline cases made from tinfoil
- Melt the couverture over a hot water bath. Then fill some of them into praline molds so that the bottom is well covered. Then let the praline molds set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, put the peanut butter in a bowl and let it become a little more liquid over a hot water bath. Add the vanilla pulp and the sifted powdered sugar and stir well.
- Now take the praline molds back out of the refrigerator and pour in some of the peanut mixture (the molds should not be completely full) and then put them in the refrigerator again for 30 minutes.
- Let the rest of the couverture liquid again over a hot water bath and cover the top of the buttercups with it and then let it solidify again in the refrigerator,
