- 150 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 250 g Peanut butter
- 250 g Raw cane sugar
- 2 Red Chili peppers
- 4 size Cloves of garlic – or 8 small ones
- 1 tsp Salt
- Put the balsamic vinegar, the peanut butter and the raw cane sugar together with the salt in a saucepan. Core and finely dice the chilli peppers and add them as well. Finely grate the garlic cloves.
- Now put everything on the stove and bring to the boil and then simmer on a low flame for about 5 minutes while stirring – carefully – it splatters quite nicely.

- If the sauce is poured hot into twist-off jars and sealed immediately, it can be kept for at least 1 year. The sauce is really 1-2 quick and an ideal gift from your own kitchen. It goes well with chicken, but also with other meats or with grilled vegetables.
