Chicken Breast in Ajvar Bed and Sheep Cheese Blanket

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 1 Solo garlic
  • 2 Red peppers diced
  • 200 g Sheep cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp Sheep cheese seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Heat the peanut oil in the pan and fry the fillets for 2 minutes on each side. Place the meat on a plate and season well on both sides with salt and pepper, cover with aluminum foil. Put onions, garlic and paprika in the roasting fat and sauté, then add the glass of ajvar. Pour 2/3 of the ajvar mixture into a baking dish, place the chicken breast fillets on top and pour the remaining ajvar over it. Crumble the sheep cheese over it and sprinkle generously with the sheep cheese spice. Baked in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
