Chicken Breast in Ajvar Bed and Sheep Cheese Blanket

  • 3 Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 1 Solo garlic
  • 2 Red peppers diced
  • 200 g Sheep cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp Sheep cheese seasoning
  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Heat the peanut oil in the pan and fry the fillets for 2 minutes on each side.
