Ingredients
 

Peanut lamb dumplings

  • 500 g Minced lamb
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Clove of garlic
  • 150 g Unsalted peanuts
  • 100 g Full fat yogurt
  • 1 Fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Tellicherry pepper

Yogurt dip

  • 200 g Full fat yogurt
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 tbsp Chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

Peanut lamb dumplings

  • First peel the onion, garlic and ginger and dice very finely. Coarsely crush the pepper in a mortar. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely. Knead the ingredients to a homogeneous mass, working in enough breadcrumbs until the mass no longer sticks. Shape meatballs and fry on all sides in a little oil.

Yogurt dip

  • For the dip, cut the spring onion into thin rolls. Wash the cucumber and grate coarsely with the skin. Mix the yogurt with the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
