Plain in Pigna

  • 1 kg Peeled waxy potatoes
  • 20 Tranches Breakfast bacon
  • 150 g Saloon seat
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coarse corn
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Butter flakes
  1. Roughly grated potatoes, cut 10 slices of bacon 5mm across into strips, place the rest on their side. Cut salsitz into cubes. Put the potatoes and all the other ingredients up to and including the corn in a bowl. mix well and season. Cover the tray with the slices of bacon that have been set aside. Spread the potato mixture on top, spread the flakes of butter on top. Bake for about 50 minutes in the middle of the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Use tip instead of salsiz salami.
