Pear and coconut dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp cranberries, dried
  • 1 small pear(s)
  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 50 g coconut milk (max 100 g)
  • 30 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Core and dice the pear. You can also peel it, if you like. Mix with the cranberries and fill the bottom of the jars. Whisk the quark with the 50g coconut milk and 30g sugar until creamy. You may need more liquid; this can be adjusted to your taste. Pour over the pear layer. If you like, garnish with pear and cranberries.
