Pear and cucumber smoothie with a twist

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 130 g cucumber(s), unpeeled
  • 400 g pear(s)
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp, levelled black pepper
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Green smoothie

Roughly chop the cucumber. Core the pear and also roughly chop it. Place both ingredients in a blender. Add the turmeric and pepper and fill with cold water to the 1.25-liter mark. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Note: This smoothie separates quickly, so serve with a spoon.
