Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 10 tbsp apple juice
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the pear and let it steep briefly in the apple juice. Toast the sunflower seeds and oats in a dry pan. Add the raisins to the pears and season with cinnamon.
