Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g spinach, frozen
- 120 g mango(s), frozen
- ½ banana(s), very ripe
- 5 g ginger
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 100 ml coconut drink
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt

Place all ingredients in a blender. The roughly thumb-sized piece of ginger, if organic, can be blended with the skin on. Blend everything together vigorously for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, add coconut milk (or another plant-based milk) until the desired consistency is reached. Empty the contents into a bowl and serve garnished. Tip: I used desiccated coconut, raspberries, strawberries, homemade granola, and hazelnut butter. The calorie content of 170 kcal per serving refers to the smoothie bowl alone; the topping is not included.
