Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large pear(s) (egAbate Fetel)
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • marjoram
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

goes well with gnocchi

Peel and quarter the pear, remove the core, and cut into thin wedges. Heat the butter in a saucepan and lightly fry the pear slices over medium heat. Pour in the milk, stir in the cheese, and let it melt. Season to taste with pepper and plenty of marjoram. Best served with gnocchi.
