Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g pearl barley
- 100 g leek
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 4 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 600 g vegetable stock
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pearl barley in the vegetable broth until almost tender. Add the leek and cook until cooked through. Finely dice the onion. Deseed and dice the tomatoes, as well as the tofu. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
