Penne with chicken breast and zucchini

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 500g penne
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cups of cream, 200 g each
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • cornstarch

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

in honey-mustard cream sauce

Chop the chicken breast, onion, and zucchini into small pieces. You can also cook additional vegetables if desired. Brown the meat in oil in a pan, add the onion, and continue cooking briefly. Season with paprika, curry powder, salt, and pepper, and add the zucchini to the pan. Meanwhile, cook the penne in salted water according to the package instructions. Add the cream to the pan and season with honey and mustard. To thicken the sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water, pour it into the pan, stir, and bring to a boil briefly. You can also use the pasta water for thickening. Approx. 444 kcal per serving.
