Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g beans, green
- 300 g penne, or other
- savory
- Vegetable broth, instant
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 125 ml water
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cook the trimmed and chopped green beans for about 20 minutes. Season the cooking water with savory and instant vegetable stock. Drain the beans when they are tender and let them drain well. Cook the pasta until al dente and let it drain well. For the sauce, peel and finely chop the onion and sauté it in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the water and sweet cream, bring to a boil, season with instant vegetable stock, and add the mustard and mustard seeds. Mix the pasta and green beans and pour over the mustard and cream sauce.
