Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, cut into strips
- 1 apple, sour (e.g. Cox Orange, Boskoop), diced
- olive oil
- Pepper, black from the mill
- curry powder
- possibly balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quick vegetable side dish for pasta
Briefly sauté the peeled and sliced bell peppers in olive oil, add the peeled, cored, and diced apple, and cook, stirring, until al dente. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and curry powder. If you like, you can also add a dash of balsamic vinegar.
