Pepper-Apple Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g bell pepper(s) (red)
  • 3 large apples
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp horseradish, grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the peppers, quarter them, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the cores, and cut into thin wedges. Wash the parsley, drain well, and finely chop. Mix with the peppers and apples. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce and add it to the salad.
