Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- ½ tsp herbal salt
- 4 tbsp, heaped quark substitute of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely chop or dice the carrots and bell peppers, and place them in a bowl. Mix with the quark substitute and herb salt. Delicious with baked potatoes, on bread, or just on its own. It also works with regular quark, of course.
