Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 point Gouda, young in one piece
  • 2 packs of ready-made salad dressing mix
  • 1 shot of herbal vinegar
  • 1 shot of oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the bell peppers, onion, and cheese and place them in a salad bowl. Add the corn and season with vinegar, oil, and the ready-to-use mix.
