Melon salad with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ melon(s) (cantaloupe)
  • ½ melon(s) , (Galia-)
  • ¼ melon(s), (watermelon)
  • 150 g goat cheese roll
  • 1 handful of blueberries (blueberries)
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove the melon seeds with a spoon. Scoop out the melon balls with a spoon. Cut or tear the goat cheese roll into large pieces. Place everything in a bowl with the blueberries and drizzle with olive oil. First, tear off a few zests from the lime and sprinkle over the salad, then squeeze the juice and drizzle over the salad. Gently toss to combine and scatter the basil leaves over the salad.
