Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough for one baking tray
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack of Italian herbs (frozen)
- 250 g grated cheese for gratinating
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and preheat the oven according to the package instructions. Dice the bell peppers and halve the tomatoes, then sauté the vegetables in a little oil in a nonstick pan. Mix the crème fraîche with the herbs and spread the mixture over the pizza dough. Distribute the vegetables over the pizza and sprinkle with cheese. After about 20 minutes in the oven, the pizza will have a golden-yellow cheese crust and is ready. Tip: Use light products to reduce the calories and fat content!
