Pepper-zucchini noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 3 bell peppers, red
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Trim or wash and dice the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion. Sauté in a hot pan, then add the garlic. Stir in the remaining ingredients and season with salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, and Italian herbs. Drain the pasta through a sieve and mix into the sauce.
