Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers
- 60 g herb butter
- 1 can of corn
- 2 spring onions
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Halve the bell peppers. Dice the tomatoes and slice the leeks into rings. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients. This works best with a fork. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture. Braise in a casserole dish at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette.
