Peppers with feta and mozzarella filling

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 small garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the mozzarella and feta cheese and mix with the crushed garlic, crème fraîche, and tomato paste in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Wash, halve, and deseed the peppers. Spoon the mixture evenly into the pepper halves and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Place the stuffed pepper halves on a baking rack lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10-15 minutes. When the cheese is golden brown, remove and let cool briefly.
