Persimmon-Banana Yogurt Drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 140 g yogurt
  • 140 g milk
  • ½ tsp, leveled vanilla paste
  • 1 persimmon
  • 1 small banana(s) (approx. 100 g)
  • some blossom honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine yogurt, milk, and vanilla in a blender. Peel and slice the banana and persimmon. Blend with a hand blender until smooth. Sweeten with a little honey. If the drink is too thick, add a little more milk and yogurt. Pour into two glasses, serve, and enjoy.
