Peruvian goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g beef goulash
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 onions (red ones are best), cut into strips
  • 3 beef tomatoes, peeled and deseeded
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • 1 chili pepper(s), cut into fine strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Salted loaf

Cut the beef into strips (3x1cm). Brown in a pan over high heat, then add the oil, garlic, bay leaf, onion, and tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add the vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper, herbs, and chili pepper. Serve with fries. It can also be served with rice.
