Flatbread – Pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pineapple, in pieces
  • 200 g tuna
  • 50 g ham, cooked
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 300 g flatbread(s)
  • 500 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pizza seasoning or oregano
  • Salt
  • 100 g cheese (grated Emmental)
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

in two ways

Preheat the oven to 200°C (175°C fan-assisted oven). Drain the pineapple and tuna. Finely chop the ham. Peel the onion. Cut into rings. Cut the flatbread in half crosswise. Place the halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Spread the bread with tomatoes. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning, salt, and pepper. Top one half with ham and pineapple, the other with tuna and onion. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese on the tuna pizza and spread the rest over the ham pizza. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
