Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g flat-leaf parsley
- 20 g cashew nuts
- 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 80 ml olive oil
- ½ lime(s) (organic)
- 2 tsp lime juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
very spicy and so healthy
Wash the parsley leaves and spin them dry. Grate the zest of half a lime and place it in a tall mixing bowl or blender with all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with freshly cooked pasta and enjoy.
