Marzipan Limoncello Pralines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g marzipan
  • 50 g biscuits (wholemeal biscuits)
  • 25 ml Limoncello
  • 150 g white chocolate coating
  • n. B. Paper cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grind the cookies in a blender. Gradually add the marzipan in small pieces and mix. Pour in the limoncello. Blend everything until firm and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and form into walnut-sized balls. Return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes. In the meantime, melt the chocolate coating in a water bath. Remove the balls from the refrigerator and roll them individually in the chocolate coating. Let them dry on a wire rack or on baking paper. Place the balls in paper baking cups and refrigerate.
