Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g tomatoes, dried, diced
- 175 ml olive oil
- 30 g pine nuts, chopped and roasted
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- Basil, chopped
- Oregano, chopped
- Thyme, chopped

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Let the tomatoes soak in the olive oil for a few hours, or overnight if necessary. Blend everything together until smooth.
