- 1 stalk(s) leek

Homemade powder substitute. Keeps for months in the refrigerator.
Peel, dice, and weigh the soup vegetables. Then blend them in a blender until a paste-like consistency is achieved. Add 20 grams of salt for every 100 grams of vegetables, mix, let stand for a few minutes, and then mix thoroughly again. Pour the finished paste into boiled jars. Use 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock to 250 ml of water. Always make sure to scoop out the paste with a clean spoon to ensure it lasts longer.
