Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 280 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 jar apricot jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 4 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 4 days 50 minutes

Thoroughly mix the flour and baking powder. Knead the dough thoroughly on a board with the finely chopped raisins, ground nuts, and the remaining ingredients, then roll it out and place it on a baking sheet. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 20 minutes. While still warm, cut the dough into strips. Spread with jam and place two pieces together. They taste even better if left to cool for a few days.
