Thai stir-fried vegetables from the wok

The vegetables should be cut thicker or thinner depending on the cooking time, so carrots should be sliced thinly and cabbage a little finer. Leave tomatoes, mushrooms, or spring onions fairly large. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and onions. If you’re serving this dish with meat or fish, add it to the pan now and cook until just cooked through. Now add the vegetables and oyster sauce, stirring until the vegetables have wilted. This takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Season to taste and add a little more oyster sauce if desired. *Tomatoes, carrots, various types of cabbage, beans, snow peas, broccoli, etc.
