Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 ml sour cream
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- Turmeric or saffron
- salt and pepper
- some mustard, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the eggs into very small pieces and mix with the sour cream and a little mustard, then season. At the same time, stir the sour cream and saffron together until the sauce turns a beautiful light yellow. I always make a sauce carousel in different colors for fondue/barbecue: curry-pineapple sauce (dark yellow), egg sauce (yellow), cucumber-dill sauce (greenish), gypsy sauce (red), garlic sauce (white), cocktail sauce (orange/pink).
