Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g cream cheese, double cream
  • 90 g leek
  • ¼ Pepper, red
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • some lovage (Maggi herb)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the leek, peppers, garlic and lovage, beat the butter until fluffy and mix all the ingredients together.
