Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) garlic, large
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • some rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

Vegan

Peel the garlic and separate it into individual cloves. Peel these cloves again and place them in a jar. Sprinkle with chili flakes and fill to the top with oil. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a day. The garlic and chili oil can then be used in various dishes.
