Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ liter vinegar
- ¼ liter of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp peppercorns, black
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 carnations
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves
- 15 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs. Combine water and vinegar in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the spices and simmer for 10 minutes. Peel the eggs and place them in a sealable jar. Pour the liquid over them and let them cool. Let stand for two days before eating.
