Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g mayonnaise
- 500 g remoulade
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 ½ kg potatoes, small to medium sized
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
ideal for grilling or meat
Boil the potatoes until soft. Meanwhile, combine the above ingredients in a large bowl. Peel the potatoes and add them to the prepared mixture while still warm. Let them sit overnight.
