Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • 3 apples
  • butter
  • some cinnamon sugar
  • Pack of speculatius cookies
  • Milk
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the apples into small pieces, then place them in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and stir through. Fry them in a pan with a little butter until a light mixture of butter and cinnamon forms. Let cool slightly. Mix the low-fat quark with the mascarpone, then season with sugar and the tangerine juice. If necessary, thin with milk until the mixture is creamy. First, spoon some of the cinnamon apple mixture, without the apples, into dessert glasses, then top with some of the quark cream. Then add the fried apples to the glasses, layer the cream on top, and sprinkle with crumbled speculatius biscuits.
