Pickled Zuchhini

- 2 kg Zucchini
- 1 kg Paprika
- 500 g Onion
- 1 bottle Vinegar cucumber vinegar)
- 0,5 l Apple juice
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Curry
- 1 packet Canning spice
- Lemon juice
- Diced zucchini and bell pepper, cut the onions into rings. Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan, add the vegetables. Let simmer gently for 5 minutes. Fill into jars and close tightly. Glasses on their heads
