Pickled Zuchhini

The perfect pickled zuchhini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kg Zucchini
  • 1 kg Paprika
  • 500 g Onion
  • 1 bottle Vinegar cucumber vinegar)
  • 0,5 l Apple juice
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Curry
  • 1 packet Canning spice
  • Lemon juice
  1. Diced zucchini and bell pepper, cut the onions into rings. Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan, add the vegetables. Let simmer gently for 5 minutes. Fill into jars and close tightly. Glasses on their heads
