Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g melon(s) (Piel de Sapo)
  • 200 g buttermilk
  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 1 dashes lime juice, fresh
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and scoop out the remaining flesh. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the fruit with the buttermilk and lime juice, and season with sugar or agave syrup to taste.
