Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml pineapple juice
  • 200 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 shot of rum
  • 40 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and set in the ice cream maker. If you have kids with you, you can leave out the rum—it tastes great just the way it is!
