Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g cheese of your choice (Gouda, Edam or Emmental)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 slices of pineapple

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 26 minutes

Grate the cheese, dice the ham, add the egg, and mix everything together. Place the pineapple slices on a baking sheet and grill under the preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Spread with the cheese cream and bake for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese melts.
